I was initially a bit skeptical on the benefits of raiki and reflexology. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised. It is so relaxing and to have an hour totally to myself for 6 weeks has been so amazing. I relaxed so much, falling asleep on a number of occasions. Donna is so welcoming and made me feel that I matter which sometimes gets lost in caring role. My whole mood has been improved. Highly recommended.

Everything is more than good it is excellent. Dad has requested not to be phoned again following respite admission or community visits. If there is anything he is not happy about he will phone Brian House staff to discuss.

Everything is good about the care given to the patient at Brian House. The staff are always supportive to us parents.

I am a smoker and the staff have been very helpful and have taken me out when they could I have felt safe and have had confidence in the staff looking after me.
